Blue Oak Ventures is a fully-integrated investment firm which invests in and manages commercial real estate properties, with an emphasis on self-storage and light-industrial properties in Utah and California. Our portfolio has included a variety of property types: apartments, condos, residential, office, shopping centers, retail and industrial, allowing us to develop a comprehensive understanding of the industry. The firm is set up to actively invest in and manage our assets and directly resolve issues such as tenant delinquencies, vacancies and deferred maintenance. Our approach is very "hands on" as we specialize in management-intensive projects.
